Author Guidelines

The Journal of Machine Learning Innovations and Artificial Intelligence Horizons (JMLIAIH) invites submissions of original, high-quality manuscripts that align with the journal's scope. Authors are required to follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth submission and review process.

 

  1. Types of Submissions

  • Original Research Articles: Comprehensive studies presenting novel findings in machine learning and AI.
  • Review Articles: Critical evaluations and summaries of the current state of research on a specific topic.
  • Case Studies: Real-world applications showcasing innovative AI and ML solutions.
  • Technical Reports: Detailed descriptions of new methodologies, frameworks, or datasets.
  • Thought Leadership Pieces: Perspectives on emerging trends, ethical implications, and future directions.

 

  1. Manuscript Preparation

          General Formatting

    • File format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX (.tex).
    • Font: Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12 pt).
    • Spacing: Single-spaced, with 1-inch margins on all sides.

         Structure of the Manuscript

           1. Title Page:

    • Title of the manuscript (concise and descriptive).
    • Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors.
    • Corresponding author’s contact information.

            2. Abstract:

    • A concise summary of the study (150–250 words).
    • Include objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.

           3. Keywords:

    • Provide 4–6 relevant keywords for indexing purposes.

    4. Introduction: 

    1. State the problem, objectives, and significance of the research.5.

      5. Methodology:

      • Clearly describe the methods and materials used.
        6. Results:
        • Present findings using tables, graphs, or figures where necessary.
  2. Discussion:
    • Interpret the results, compare them with existing literature, and discuss their implications.
  3. Conclusion:
    • Summarize the main findings and suggest future research directions.
  4. References:
    • Follow the IEEE citation style.
    • Include all sources cited in the manuscript.

Figures and Tables

  • Submit figures and tables in high resolution and place them in the main document or at the end of the manuscript.
  • Provide captions for all figures and tables.

 

  1. Submission Process

  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system.
  • Authors must include a cover letter briefly describing the manuscript’s novelty and significance.
  • Ensure that all authors have approved the final manuscript before submission.

 

  1. Ethical Compliance

  • Originality: Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
  • Plagiarism Check: All submissions are subject to plagiarism screening.
  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence the research.

 

  1. After Submission

  • Submissions undergo an initial screening by the editorial team.
  • Accepted manuscripts proceed to a double-blind peer review process.
  • Authors may be required to revise their manuscript based on reviewers’ feedback.

 

  1. Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • For Authors from India: INR 2200.
  • For International Authors: USD 50.

 

  1. Copyright and Licensing

  • Authors retain copyright but must agree to publish under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).
